About Bill:

I market homes! I help home sellers develop a customized marketing plan to help their home sell for $$more$$. I am a Realtor® with Grupe Real Estate serving Stockton, Lodi, and the surrounding communities. I specialize in residential real estate and investment properties.

I am active in the Stockton Greater Chamber of Commerce and in my church and along with my wife teach and do, family history research.

I live in Stockton with my wife, Susan. We have four children, eight grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

Education:

I have an MBA in Management and Computer Applications; a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Communications, and extensive education and training in real estate, computers and data communications, and electronics.

Other Experience:

I served four years in the United States Air Force as a Radio Operator and Audio-Visual Aids Specialist and later had the great opportunity to work as a technician and manager in the Space Flight Operations Facility at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California during the early years of the Apollo and Mariner space missions.

I established, over a period of several years, four field service organizations in the San Francisco Bay area before becoming the Systems Engineer and Hardware Maintenance Manager for the Campus Computer Center at San Jose State University. There I helped plan, develop, and install a new state-of-the-art computer center and data communications system and established the first personal computer lab on the campus.

After leaving San Jose State University, I worked briefly as a sales representative for in the computer industry. I then worked for several years in the Food Processing Industry and Real Estate, and I for several years owned a small roofing company. During this time I returned to school and completed both my Associates Degree in Business and my Bachelors Degree. In 2002, I returned to school again as a full-time student to complete my MBA in Management and Computer Applications, completing this in May 2004. Now I am back helping people realize their dreams of home ownership!
